Jobs Worker Service Co., Ltd.
JOBS brings workers from Myanmar and Laos into employment in Thailand under the government MOU system, keeps their permits and social security in order, and manages the workforce on site — with an in-house team for Thai payroll and subcontracting in the same company.
Services
From bringing workers in through the MOU process to the recurring paperwork that keeps them legally employed, and the day-to-day management of the workforce on site.
Full MOU process for Myanmar and Lao workers, from country-of-origin documentation through visa and work permit to the first working day.
For workers already employed whose four-year term is ending, so they can continue legally without you recruiting again.
Renewals on the statutory cycle, 90-day reporting, and compliance with newly issued Cabinet Resolutions. We track every expiry date.
Notifying the authorities of each new hire and each departure within the statutory period — the duty employers are most often audited on.
Social security registration within 30 days, monthly payroll, and contributions remitted on schedule.
We employ Thai staff directly and supply the agreed production capacity. Employer obligations under Thai labour law sit with JOBS.
Why JOBS
Roughly 3,500 workers are under our full monthly care — accommodation, payroll and documentation — so problems are resolved at the site rather than escalating to your desk.
JOBS runs its own labour-focused content channels with about 250,000 followers, so a new vacancy is announced, not searched for.
A Thai foreign-worker recruitment licence and a Thai HR team in the same company, so you do not need two providers.
Compliance
We operate under a Thai licence to bring foreign nationals into employment, in accordance with the Royal Ordinance on the Management of Foreign Workers' Employment B.E. 2560.
We already work to RBA and SMETA requirements for our clients and are preparing an application for IRIS certification in ethical recruitment.
Documentation and statutory costs are confirmed in writing before any step is taken, for the employer and for the worker.
