Who we are

Foreign Worker Employment Agency Jobs Worker Service Company Limited holds licence number นจ.0003/2559, issued by the Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour. That licence is what allows a company in Thailand to bring foreign nationals in to work for Thai employers. It carries a registered capital requirement and a bank guarantee lodged with the authorities, which is worth knowing when you are comparing suppliers.

We have been bringing migrant workers into Thailand under the government framework for eighteen years. Today we place roughly 300 to 600 workers a month into factories and service businesses, and we look after around 3,500 workers on a continuing monthly basis — permits, social security, payroll and day-to-day welfare on site.

What we actually do

ServiceWhat it means for you
MOU recruitmentThe full process for Myanmar and Lao workers, from source-country documentation through visa and work permit to the first working day
In-country renewalFor workers already with you whose term is ending, so they continue legally without a new recruitment cycle
Permits and reportingWork permit and visa renewals on the statutory cycle, 90-day address reporting, and compliance with newly issued Cabinet Resolutions
Employment notificationsFiling each hire and each departure within the statutory period, the duty employers are audited on most often
Payroll and social securityRegistration within the statutory window, monthly payroll, and contributions remitted on schedule
On-site workforce careOur own staff at your site handling welfare, interpretation and the problems that otherwise reach your HR team

Why employers choose us

  • Our own people in the source country. In Laos we have both a contracted partner agency and our own team on the ground. Our Thai staff meet workers at the Nong Khai crossing in person and travel with them to site. Workers are not handed to sub-agents.
  • Interpreters as standard. Lao and Myanmar interpreters on our payroll, not hired per incident. Most workforce problems on a site are language problems first.
  • Documents tracked, not remembered. We hold every expiry date for every worker under our care and act on the renewal window rather than the deadline.
  • Audit-aligned practice. Our client base includes export factories audited to international standards. We already work to RBA and SMETA requirements, and we are preparing an application for IRIS certification.
  • Small jobs accepted. We take single-worker document jobs as well as multi-hundred placements. You do not need to be a large factory to be a client.
